Our waterproof sheets feature a smart three-layer design to keep your little one dry, comfy, and safe.
Top: 100% cotton, which is soft and gentle against delicate skin.
Middle: A thin polyester fill that wicks away moisture and keeps the sheet’s structure flat and firm, and helps prevent pooling on the surface.
Bottom: Polyurethane Laminate (PUL) This specialised material has microscopic holes that allow air to travel back and forth, whilst trapping water molecules on the surface. This means the sheet allows air flow, but stops liquids from leaking through.
Bambella waterproof sheets are thoughtfully designed to meet Red Nose Australia’s safe sleep recommendations. They feature elastic edging to ensure they fit securely over the mattress, creating a smooth and flat surface with no loose fabric or bulky padding. The hidden waterproof layer provides total mattress protection while keeping the surface flat and stable, helping to maintain the safe sleep environment recommended for babies.

The quality is amazing and this is a must have when travelling with a baby.
My toddler kept asking if there were biscuits in her bed and I didn’t understand why but the material has a slightly rough finish to it and makes a faint noise when you run your hand over it which I think to her felt like she had crumbs in the bed. Pretty sad because now I have to put another sheet over the top which entirely defeats the purpose of a two-in-one sheet for me.
