Australian Orders:

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of the order being received and paid in full. Sometimes it does take us longer to ship orders and our dispatch time frame is affected by public holidays, natural disasters, and during major sales periods so we will always do our best to ship as quickly as we can. We use Australia Post for all package deliveries and customers have the option to choose between regular post and express post. 

Express Post is normally received within 1-2 business days after being dispatched only if your shipping postcode is within the Express Post network. If you are located outside the network, please refer to the AusPost website for exact Express transit times. Please also keep in mind that ALL orders are processed, packaged and shipped in the order in which they are received so paying for Express Post refers to the method of shipment and does not apply to the handling time frame.

Regular Post is normally received within 2-7 days after being dispatched depending on delivery postcode.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates unfortunately as once your order has been posted, it's up to AusPost to get it to you on time. If you believe your order is lost or stolen in transit, please allow an additional 4 business days past the expected delivery date before contacting us and we will then be able to lodge an enquiry with AusPost on your behalf.


International Orders:

Yes, we ship worldwide!  Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the shopping cart page. All you need to do is enter your country and postcode and this will accurately show you exact shipping costs. The same 2-3 business day handling time applies to international orders. You will have the option of registered post or express post and each varies greatly based on destination.

US orders are dispatched from our US-based warehouse whenever possible. All other orders will be dispatched from our Australian warehouse.



All retail customers will have the option to purchase additional insurance which covers all loss or damage during transit. This extra insurance option covers the total value of your order for one fixed price of $3.95. If you select and pay for the additional insurance cover, your items will be replaced at no additional cost to you if they are lost or stolen during transit. Unfortunately, if you don't select this option, we cannot be held liable and you will not be covered for any loss or damage.


Wholesale Orders will be shipped via Courier.
