Returns and Refunds Policy


We know you are going to love your Bambella Designs products. We also understand that it can be difficult purchasing items online and we want our customers to be happy. 

Change of mind returns:  All items must be in their original condition with original packaging, unused, unworn with all hang tags attached for the refund or exchange to be honoured. The goods must be received by us within 14 days of the original date of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a product exchange that does not meet these requirements. 

We do not accept change of mind returns on sale items. 

How to return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions  on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning or exchanging items, unless items are deemed faulty. We strongly encourage customers to use a tracked service when sending items. 

Damages and issues

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

Sizing & Images

 All items on our website are accompanied by detailed information including their dimensions. Please take care to consider whether the specific product is right for you before confirming your order. Every endeavor is made to represent our products as accurately as possible, However, actual colours and prints may vary slightly due to product manufacturing changes, as well as imagery being viewed on different screens.  


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
