All of our products are accompanied with detailed information on our product pages including sizing, product dimensions, use guidelines, and materials.

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund:

Your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags or original packaging included.

The goods must be received by us within 14 days of your order being delivered/received.  Please note return requests must be approved by our team prior to being sent back to us. We reserve the right to refuse a product exchange or refund that does not meet these requirements.

We'll let you know what your return options are, and advise of any restocking fees ( only applicable on orders requesting a refund).

Once the return has been authorised, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning or exchanging items, unless items are deemed faulty.

We strongly suggest using a tracked service when returning items. Please ensure you also include your name and order number with your return.

What happens next?

We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return parcel. You will receive an email notification advising of your store credit or refund being applied. We are here to provide support should you require help with sizing or style exchanges. Just ask!

If you wish to exchange the sizing or style, simply let us know when submit your return request. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. Any additional charges associated with item styles or sizing will show in the checkout. 

Should you prefer to receive store credit, it will be issued in the form of a digital Gift Card. The store credit is valid for 3 years after the date of issue. Plenty of time to shop!

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Bundle Pricing: 

If you are returning an item that was purchased as a part of a discounted bundle, this may result in the bundle discount being revoked. This will be calculated and reflected in the product refund amount. 

Sale Pricing:

Please note that we do not offer refunds on change of mind sale items. 

Restocking Costs:

A restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price may be deducted when a customer is requesting a full refund on an order. You will be advised of this fee upon requesting your refund. The restocking fee is not applied on exchanges or store credit.

In the unlikely event that your product has a fault or quality issue, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve any problems. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

We recommend that you check your order carefully before checking out. All of our products come with detailed sizing and dimensions listed on each product page. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. However, it may not be possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please note that an administrative fee may be deducted when choosing to cancel an order. You will be advised of this fee upon  requesting your order cancelation.
