RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

We know you are going to love your Bambella Designs products. We also understand that it can be difficult purchasing items online and so we provide options for our customers to return or exchange products.

Change of mind returns:  All items must be in their original condition with original packaging, unused, unworn with all hang tags attached for the refund or exchange to be honoured. The goods must be received by us within 14 days of the original date of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a product exchange that does not meet these requirements. 

We do not accept change of mind returns on sale items. 

Product damage or faults

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you believe the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

Sizing

All items on our website are accompanied by detailed information including sizing and dimensions of products. Please take care to consider whether the specific product is right for you before confirming your order.

Product Imagery

Every endeavor is made to represent our products as accurately as possible, However, actual colours and prints may vary slightly due to product manufacturing changes, as well as imagery being viewed on different screens. 

How to return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions  on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning or exchanging items, unless items are deemed faulty. We strongly encourage customers to use a tracked service when sending items. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
